And also from the PIE root krei “to sieve”, as in, as pointed out by TED-er Glennon Melton, to sift for what is essential? (!!!)
This is a teeny-tiny post to offer this HUGE nugget of wisdom to anyone in times of turbulence.
We are sifting for what is essential to the very essence and spirit of our beings, to move from dis-ease of all forms toward a life and LIVING that is more and more in line with who we really Are!
I say fantastic job to all those brave and wise enough to suck the marrow from the bones of crisis.
